In shaping the direction for the school’s future, the Senior Leadership Team are responsible for influencing the impact of education on children. We are looking for a key contributor to this long term strategy. Bringing commercial acumen and administrative skill, you will have a broad remit reaching across school operations, financial policy and management decisions. For this reason we are looking for someone with the ability to develop a deep understanding of the school, from the IT function to the kitchen, always giving consideration to financial management, school policy and impact on learning. You’ll be working with a committed team, in a fun and meaningful environment. You will have good business acumen and be confident and capable in handling budgets, projections and purchasing. 1:1 SEND Learning Support Assistant (Term Time Only)
Fixed term until 11 July 2025, in the first instance
FTE salary £25,267 per annum, salary will be prorated for position(s) including a competitive benefits package
Are you an energetic and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant with experience in Key Stage One? Do you have a passion for supporting children with additional needs and helping them thrive?
We are seeking a caring and committed individual (or individuals) to join our team as a 1:1 SEND Learning Support Assistant, providing tailored support to children in Year One and Year Two.
Key Responsibilities:
- 10 hours per week supporting a child in Year One on a 1:1 basis.
- 6 hours per week providing 1:1 academic support to children in Year Two.
These hours could be undertaken by one individual or two team members. We are happy to consider flexible working patterns to suit the right candidate(s), as long as the needs of the children are prioritised.
