Pilgrims Pre-Preparatory is seeking a School Governor to join our Marketing Committee. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual with a business or marketing background, who can contribute time, energy and valuable insights. You’ll have the chance to provide input and serve as a sounding board in the development of our marketing strategy, helping the school achieve its mission through effective marketing initiatives. As a governor on the Marketing Committee, you will play a crucial role in reviewing and guiding the school’s marketing efforts to ensure they align with our strategic goals and effectively promote the unique values of Pilgrims Pre-Preparatory School.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Oversight:
- Collaborate with the committee to contribute to the development and evaluation of the school’s marketing strategy.
- Support the school in setting strategic goals for marketing and growth.
- Uphold the values and objectives of the school
- Performance Accountability:
- Provide oversight to ensure the effective delivery of marketing activities in line with strategic priorities.
- Ensure responsible use of resources to maximise the impact of initiatives.
- Committee Engagement:
- Attend one committee meeting per term (approximately 2 hours of time each term, including meeting attendance and preparation).
- Engage actively in committee discussions, offering insights from a business or marketing perspective.
