The children in Nursery were first to experience Mrs Shaw's brand new Forest School. They searched amongst the trees and leaves for material to make their very own 'Mother Nature's Crown'.

This is our 3rd Ground Force Day and it was another great success. The rain kept away but our parents didn't ! They were rewarded for all their hard work with lots of bacon sandwiches.

The children had great fun creating their very own Easter Egg. These are a selection of entries. The 1st prize went to Austin Roberts who created a wonderful Faberge-styled egg. Well done everyone!

The children enjoyed all the special activities which were organised for Maths Week. They especially enjoyed Bubblz the Clown.

The snow arrived at school and the children made the most of it! Snowball fun on the field with our Headteacher, Mrs Shaw. All followed by hot chocolate for everyone!

Our Choir recently took part in the Chiltern Radio choir competition. Listeners were asked to ring in and vote for their favourite! We came a very close second! Well done everyone.

Father Christmas is bringing an extra special delivery to Pilgrims this Christmas. Here is a small selection of photographs of our new Pilgrims' Puppy. His name is Otto!

The children in Year 2 sang beautifully at the recent Independent Schools Exhbition in Middleton Hall, Milton Keynes. Many members of the public stopped at our Stand to say how much they had enjoyed listening to them sing! Well done everyone!

On Tuesday 30th September 2008 we had a very special guest. Bob the Builder came to school to officially open our new Little Pilgrims' Birth to 3 Unit. He was very popular with both the children and the staff! I hope you enjoy looking through this small selection. The Year 2 children had another fabulous residential trip to Kingswood. The weather was absolutely fantastic which meant that the children made the most of the outdoor activities - as you can see from these photographs! If there any photos you'd like copies of, please let me know.

The Nursery children went on a very exciting trip to Spain! They travelled with Pilgrims' Airlines' very own private aeroplane which departed from Nursery Terminal One. The children had created their own passports and these had to be shown, together with their Boarding Pass, to Airport Security, Mr Rob before they could take their seats on the aircraft. They travelled First Class and the in-flight entertainment was provided by Mrs Anna Fry, the Nursery music teacher.

The children were delighted to listen to stories about The Tower of London from a real-life Beefeater.

The Pilgrims' choir were invited to perform at The Bedford Regatta on Saturday. Their singing match the wonderful weather. Here are a few photographs of the children enjoying the sun and the ice-creams!

The children in Mrs Gulliver's class performed 'The Towering Turnip' in front of their delighted parents.

Parents, children and staff joined in for Ground Force Day on a windy but dry Saturday. They all worked extremely hard to help out with the school ground development project. Bacon butties were on hand to keep energy levels high! Thank you to everyone who helped out!

Some of the children decided to recycle the leaves from the palm trees which had recently been chopped down in the Winter Garden to create a wonderful secret den in the field. Hopefully they will remember where they put it!

After Christmas our star tennis players took part in the Riverside Tennis Tournament. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves as can be seen from this selection of photographs.

The children in Kindergarten were absolutely fabulous in their own version of the Christmas Nativity.

A wonderful performance by some of our youngest children. They will be performing to the whole school next Tuesday, so look out for more photos!

Another wonderful performance by the Reception children. They really put all their energy into the songs and dances!

The Year 1 children wrote the script for their very own performance. They were so excited when Anglia TV turned up to film it too! Well done children

The children in Year 2 performed 'Hosanna Rocks' in Christ Church, Goldington Road. It proved to be a perfect location and the church was filled with a very appreciatve audience of parents.

Pilgrims' Parents organised another fabulous firework display. These photos will hopefully give you a feel for the wonderful evening we all had!

We were extremely lucky with the weather for our Tea Party. Everyone had lots of fun (perhaps not the teachers in the stocks!)

We are all very excited about the new building which will be home to Little Pilgrims' Birth to 3 unit. Hopefully everything will be ready for a September 08 grand opening. Watch this space ...!

The children in Year 2 put on an wonderful version of Little Red Riding Hood - well done everyone!

The Ballet Club children performed to a very appreciative audience!

Our wonderful tennis players came top of the class against four other schools. Well done!

The children in RFS were enthralled by creepy crawlies, slinky snakes and fluffy rats!

At the end of another very busy Book Week the children and staff came to school dressed as a character from a book.

Children and parents came along to school on Friday 2nd March for a night of fun and games.

Year 1 thoroughly enjoyed their trip to the museum where they learnt about toys from the past.

The Kinetic Theatre visited the school and the children learnt all about electricity in a fun and sometimes hilarious way. Lots of laughter rang out from the Hall!

Year 2 enjoyed learning about electricity from De Montfort University students.

It may have been a nightmare getting to school but once here the children had a fantastic time!!
